Tube Anemone [Pachycerianthus fimbriatus]

Description
Pachycerianthus fimbriatus, commonly known as the tube anemone, is a sedentary marine species that lives inside a long, parchment-like tube, which it constructs using mucus and sediment particles. This species has a crown of up to 200 long, slender tentacles, which can be retracted into the tube when threatened. Tube anemones are nocturnal and are commonly found on sandy and muddy seabeds in warmer parts of Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific oceans.
