Three-Lined Blenny [Bolosoma trifasciatum]

Description
The Three-Lined Blenny, as its name suggests, is recognized by the three distinct, dark, longitudinal lines running along the length of its body. These fish are small, typically around 5 cm long. They are found in the Western Atlantic, particularly in seagrass beds and on sandy or rocky substrates from Florida to Brazil. They are benthic and secretive, preferring to remain hidden in the substrate or within small crevices. Their diet primarily consists of small invertebrates.
