Description
Also known as the 'Curled Lettuce Coral', this species is an irregularly shaped, foliaceous coral that tends to form broad, flat, upright plates. The colonies often have a curled or wavy appearance. It is typically found in lagoons and on reef slopes, from depths of 1 to 25 meters. The color varies from brown to green, often with lighter margins.
