String Jellyfish [Apolemia uvaria]

Description
Apolemia uvaria, also known as the String Jellyfish, is a species of siphonophore in the family Apolemiidae. It is a colonial organism made up of specialized individual animals (zooids or polyps) that are not able to survive independently. This species is known for its long, string-like structure that can grow over 30 meters in length. It inhabits deep sea environments where it hunts by spreading out its tentacles like a large net, capturing small marine animals that come into contact.
