Starred Moray [Echidna rhodochilus]
Description
The Starred Moray is a species of moray eel found in the Indo-West Pacific, from the Andaman Sea to the Solomon Islands, north to the Ryukyu Islands, south to Australia. It is characterized by its reddish-brown color, with small white spots scattered all over its body. Like other morays, it is a nocturnal species and feeds on small fish and crustaceans.
