Description
The Star-spotted Moray, also known as Speckled Moray, is a species of marine fish belonging to the family Muraenidae. It is found in the Indo-Pacific region, from the eastern coast of Africa to the Hawaiian Islands. The Star-spotted Moray can grow up to 150 cm in length. It is distinguished by its dark body covered with white star-shaped spots. This species is primarily nocturnal, hiding in crevices during the day and coming out to feed at night.
