Description
Periphragella spongiabilis, also known as the Sponge Sea Cucumber, is a deep-sea species known for its ability to live in symbiosis with sponges in its native habitats in the Pacific Ocean. The species is cylindrical in shape and can reach up to 20 cm in length. Its diet consists mainly of sponge tissue and detritus.
