Description
Spinipora spinosa, commonly known as Spiny Coral, is a species of colonial cnidarians in the family Turbinoliidae. This species is characterized by its spiny, cylindrical branches which often form dense, bushy colonies. The polyps are typically white or pale in color and extend from the branches to feed. It is found in the Indo-West Pacific region, particularly in reef habitats with strong currents.
