Speckled Moray [Gymnothorax dovii]

Description

The Speckled Moray is a species of marine fish in the Moray eel family. It is found in the Eastern Central Pacific region, predominantly around Costa Rica. It can reach a maximum length of 120 cm. The body of the Speckled Moray is brown with white spots, which gives it its speckled appearance. The species is known to inhabit rocky reefs and has a carnivorous diet, primarily feeding on small fish and crustaceans.
