Spaghetti Monster [Bathyphysa sibogae]

Description
Bathyphysa sibogae, commonly known as the Spaghetti Monster, is a deep sea siphonophore that resembles a mass of long, thin strands, much like spaghetti. It typically dwells at depths of 600 to 1200 meters. Despite its peculiar appearance, it is actually a colony of specialized individuals working together as one. It is named after the Siboga expedition, during which it was first discovered.
