Southern sea pen [Stylactaria agassizi]

Description
The Southern sea pen, also known as Agassiz's sea pen, is named in honor of Swiss-American biologist Louis Agassiz. This species is typically found in deeper waters, often at depths of more than 200 meters. It is characterized by a tall, slender structure with a fluted or feather-like appearance. The Southern sea pen is also known to be bioluminescent, emitting a light when agitated or disturbed.
