Description
Southern king crabs are one of the largest crustaceans in South America. Their habitat ranges from Southern Chile to Argentina. These crabs are known for their rough carapace and the presence of thorns on their bodies. They live in a wide range of depths, from coastal areas to 700 meters deep.
