Sola Anemone [Anthopleura sola]

Description
Also known as the Sunburst Anemone, Anthopleura sola can be identified by its usually green or brown color and its large size, often reaching up to 25 cm in diameter. Unlike other Anthopleura species, it prefers to live solitary rather than in groups. It inhabits the mid to low intertidal zones, and is often found in crevices or under rocks.
