Slender Seahorse [Procaulon molle]

Description
The Slender Seahorse, or Procaulon molle, is a marine species found mainly in the western central Pacific. It inhabits areas with soft bottoms, among seaweeds or seagrasses. This species is characterized by its slender, elongated body and prehensile tail. They have a unique method of reproduction where the males carry the fertilized eggs in a brood pouch until they are ready to hatch.
