Description
The Siberian Brook Lamprey is a non-parasitic species native to rivers in Siberia. They have an eel-like body, a single dorsal fin, and a sucker-like mouth. Their diet mainly consists of organic detritus and small invertebrates. They spend their larval years in burrows in soft sediment, only emerging to transform into their adult form.
