Sculptured isopod [Paracerceis sculpta]

Description
This small crustacean is known for its complex mating system, where males exist in three distinct forms, each with its own behavioral strategy for reproduction. It is commonly found in the Gulf of California, residing in the protective tubes of the feather duster worm. It is known for its sculptured, or roughened, appearance.
