Rounded Tellin [Arcopagia crassa]

Description
This species is found in the Northeast Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea. It inhabits sandy and muddy substrates at depths from 10 to 100 meters. The shell of the Rounded Tellin is robust and circular, with its size ranging from 10 to 20 mm. Its color varies from white to yellowish, often with brown or pink bands.
