Description

Monostaechas quadridens, commonly known as the Quadriserial hydroid, is a marine species that belongs to the Hydrozoa class. This species is characterized by its four rows of hydrothecae and is known for its polyp stage, which doesn't have a medusa stage. The polyps are generally small and are either solitary or colonial, with the colonies often forming branched, tree-like structures.
