Polish Glossiphonia [Glossiphonia polonica]
Description
This species is endemic to Poland. It inhabits freshwater environments and is known for its dark-red to brown color. It is a small size leech, typically only reaching a length of 20mm. It is a predatory species, feeding primarily on small invertebrates.
