Description
Cyclopetta opercularis, commonly known as the Pacific Cyclopetta, is a marine species found in the Pacific Ocean. This species is similar in appearance to its Gulf counterpart, but can be distinguished by its larger size and slightly more elongated body shape. The Pacific Cyclopetta is a bottom-dwelling species that prefers sandy or muddy substrates. It feeds on a variety of small invertebrates and is most active at night.
