Description
Prionospio malmgreni, commonly known as the multibranch worm, is a species of marine polychaete worm. They are typically found in shallow marine sediments and are characterized by their slender, elongate bodies. The body is divided into numerous segments, each with a pair of branchiae. The worm is a detritivore, feeding on decaying organic matter sedimented on the sea floor.
