Mottled Anemone [Urticina crassicornis]

Description
The Mottled Anemone is a large, solitary species that can reach up to 30 cm in diameter. They are found in the intertidal and subtidal zones of the Pacific Ocean, from Alaska to Baja California. They have a mottled appearance with a mixture of red, green, and white colors. The tentacles are red with white tips. This species prefers rocky habitats and is often found in areas with strong currents.
