Description
The Minke Whale is a species of baleen whale. It is the smallest of the rorquals and is distributed worldwide, from polar to tropical waters. It is distinguished by its slender body, a pointed snout, and a series of ridges on the back behind the dorsal fin. It primarily feeds on krill and small fish, and has a lifespan of around 50 years.
