Description
Terebellides mediterraneus, commonly known as the Mediterranean Trunk Worm, is a marine polychaete worm primarily found in the Mediterranean Sea. It inhabits soft substrates at depths ranging from shallow subtidal zones to 200 meters. This species has a segmented body with numerous small, paddle-like appendages or parapodia on each segment. The coloration varies from pale yellow to dark brown.
