Long-nosed Skate [Mesorhynchus longirostris]

Description
The Long-nosed Skate, also known as Mesorhynchus longirostris, is a species of fish in the Rajidae family. They are found in the Southeast Pacific off the coasts of Chile and Peru. They are a deep-sea species, typically found at depths ranging from 200 to 500 meters. They are known for their elongated snout, which gives them their common name. Their behavior and reproduction are not well studied.
