Lewis Moon Snail [Polinices lewisii]

Description
The Lewis Moon Snail is a large marine gastropod mollusk found along the Pacific coast of North America, from Alaska to Baja California. It is known for its large, round, white shell. The snail inhabits sandy bottoms of the intertidal and subtidal zones. It feeds on clams and other bivalves by drilling a hole into their shell and consuming the soft parts.
