Lesser Spiny Nebaliid [Nebalia pusilla]

Description
Nebalia pusilla, or the Lesser Spiny Nebaliid, is another species within the Nebalia genus. Smaller than its relative, N. bipes, N. pusilla usually measures around 15 mm in males. It can be found in both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, generally at depths between 0 to 50 meters. This species has a shorter rostrum and fewer spines compared to the Greater Spiny Nebaliid.
