Japanese Cormorant [Phalacrocorax capillatus]
Description
The Japanese Cormorant has a large body size with an all black body and a white patch on the cheeks and at the base of the bill. They are commonly seen drying their wings by spreading them out wide. Native to East Asia, they feed by diving for fish.
