Gulf Prunum [Prunum apicinum]

Description
The Gulf Prunum is a small species of sea snail. It has a shell that is white in color, with a brown apex. The shell is conical in shape, with a pointed spire and a rounded body whorl. They inhabit the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea, living at depths of about 20 to 70 meters. Their behavior and diet are not well studied, but like other sea snails, they are likely to be scavengers.
