Description
The Pectinaria koreni, or the golden-haired tube worm, is a marine worm found in the North Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea. It lives in a tube in sandy or muddy substrates and is known for its golden setae, or bristle-like structures, which protrude from its head. This worm is a suspension feeder that uses its tentacles to catch plankton and other small particles in the water.
