Description
The Giant Joryma, or Joryma gigantea, is the largest species within the Joryma genus. It is found predominantly in the Indian Ocean, living in deeper waters. The Giant Joryma has a thick, rounded shell that can grow up to 10 inches in diameter. Its diet primarily consists of detritus and deceased marine life. This species is known for its slow movement and long lifespan, with some specimens living up to 100 years.
