Giant Bristle Worm [Pista lornensis]

Description
Pista lornensis, also known as the Giant Bristle Worm, is a large marine worm species in the Terebellidae family. They can reach lengths of up to 50 cm and are found in the deeper parts of the oceans. The Giant Bristle Worm has a cylindrical body with numerous segments and bristles. They have a distinct reddish-brown color and a pair of long, forward-projecting palps. This species is known to inhabit muddy bottoms where they feed on detritus and organic particles.
