Ganges River Dolphin [Platanista gangetica gangetica]

Description
This subspecies of the South Asian river dolphin is found in the Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna and Karnaphuli-Sangu river systems in India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Like the Indus River Dolphin, they are effectively blind and use echolocation for navigation and hunting. They are distinguished by a sharp, long snout and a flexible neck.
