French Angelfish [Pomacanthus paru]
Description
The French Angelfish is a large species found in the western Atlantic from New York and the Bahamas to Brazil. It has a black body with yellow-edged scales that give it a unique pattern. This species is known to form monogamous pairs. Juveniles often act as cleaner fish, removing parasites from other species.
