Common tern [Sterna hirundo]
Description
The Common tern is a seabird that breeds in temperate and sub-Arctic regions. They are migratory and winter in coastal tropical and subtropical regions. They dive to catch fish, but also eat insects and crustaceans. Their appearance is silvery with a black cap, red bill and relatively short red legs.
