Common bonnet [Semicassis granulata]

Description
Common bonnet is a medium-sized marine gastropod mollusk that belongs to the family Cassidae. The shell is thick, rounded and smooth with a short spire, and the body whorl is large and ventricose. The color is white with brown spots. It is commonly found in the Indo-Pacific region, from the Red Sea and East Africa to Hawaii and French Polynesia.
