Branching Frogspawn Coral [Euphyllia divisa]

Description
Branching Frogspawn Coral is a large polyp stony coral, often referred to as Euphyllia Coral or Octospawn. It is a popular coral species in reef aquariums. They are found in the Pacific Ocean, particularly around Australia and Fiji. This species has branching skeletal structures with large, bulbous polyps at the tips that resemble frog eggs, hence the common name. The polyps extend during the day to feed and retract at night.
