Blue hermit crab [Lophopagurus atollensis]

Description
The Blue hermit crab, or Lophopagurus atollensis, is a species native to the Pacific Ocean, particularly around the atolls of French Polynesia. The species is named for its striking blue color. They are typically found in shallow water environments, such as lagoons and coral reefs, where they occupy vacant gastropod shells. They are scavengers, feeding on a variety of organic matter.
