Description
Benthopetalopsis attigae is a species of deep-sea fish in the family Macrouridae. It is named after Ms. Atti, who collected the first sample of the species. They are typically found in the Southeast Atlantic Ocean near the Valdivia Bank. These fish are known for their elongated bodies and long anal fins, and they have been found at depths of more than 1000 meters.
