Atolla wyvillei [Atolla wyvillei]

Description
Also known as Atolla jellyfish or Coronate medusa, is a species of deep-sea crown jellyfish (Scyphozoa: Coronatae). It lives in oceans around the world. In response to a threat, the Atolla jellyfish uses bioluminescent light to draw predators away or to draw attention from other creatures that may be more interested in the first predator as a meal. This tactic is known as a burglar alarm defense.
