Description
Atolla vanhoffeni is a species of deep-sea crown jellyfish. It is found primarily in the Indian Ocean, but has also been observed in the Atlantic Ocean. It is bioluminescent, with a burglar alarm light display when threatened. This species is relatively small, with bell diameters typically around 2 cm.
