Atlantic Sponge [Crambe crambeoides]

Description
Crambe crambeoides, or the Atlantic sponge, is a species of marine demosponge found in the western part of the Atlantic Ocean. This species lives in shallow water, typically less than 50 meters deep. It is known for its unique structure, with large oscula (openings) that are visible to the naked eye. The Atlantic sponge is typically brown or beige in color.
