Arctic Anemone [Anthopleura artemisia]
Description
Anthopleura artemisia is a small species, usually only reaching a diameter of 2.5 cm. It is typically pale green in color and can be found in the high intertidal zone. This species is hardy, able to tolerate the harsh conditions of its Arctic habitat.
