Arc-eye Hawkfish [Paracirrhites arcatus]
Description
The Arc-eye Hawkfish gets its name from the bold, curved line that runs through its eye. It is found throughout the Indo-Pacific region, residing in lagoons and outer reef slopes. Its diet includes shrimp and small fish. The Arc-eye Hawkfish has a unique behavior where it uses its pectoral fins to 'walk' along the reef.
