American Spionid [Spio setosa]

Description
Also known as the hairy spionid, the American Spionid is a species of marine worm found in the Atlantic Ocean. It has a long, slender body with numerous bristles, hence the name 'setosa' which means bristly. This species is a surface deposit feeder, sifting through sediments to find organic material. It is known to create tube-like structures in the mud where it resides.
