Description
Also known as the pink river dolphin, this species is found in the freshwater systems of the Amazon and Orinoco River basins. They are characterized by their distinctive pink color, which can vary from a faded pink to bright pink. They have a long, thin snout and a hump instead of a dorsal fin.
