Description
Nesippus crypturus, or the Cryptic Nesippus, is a parasitic copepod found in various regions of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. It is known to inhabit the gills of a variety of shark species. It is characterized by a smaller body size compared to other Nesippus species, and a pair of uniquely curved maxillipeds for attaching to the host.
