Mediterranean Polychaetes [Polycirrus mediterraneus]

Description
The Mediterranean Polychaetes, or Polycirrus mediterraneus, is a species of marine worm found in the Mediterranean Sea. They are recognized by their elongated, segmented bodies with numerous hair-like bristles. They are detritus feeders, consuming organic matter found in the sediment of the sea floor.
