Angular Slit Limpet [Emarginula angulata]

Description
The Angular Slit Limpet is a small marine gastropod that rarely exceeds 15mm in length. It has a conical shell that is white or pale pink, and is characterized by a unique angular slit on the underside. The species is found on rocks in the intertidal and subtidal zones. It has a limited distribution, being found only in certain areas of the Atlantic Ocean.
