Japanese shaggy mouse [Aeolidia japonica]

Description
Aeolidia japonica, or the 'Japanese shaggy mouse', is a species of sea slug found in the waters around Japan. It is characterized by a grey body covered with numerous cerata. Just like other Aeolidia species, it feeds on sea anemones. It is known for its ability to retain the nematocysts (stinging cells) from the sea anemones it feeds on and use them for its own defense.
